The S&P 500 and Dow Jones are close to all time highs. A large number of leading stocks flashed buy signals. Investors are upbeat about the cuts and artificial intelligence, the two big catalysts for the stock market rally this year. The S&P rose 5% to climb within 0.7% of its all time high reached in July.
